DREAMSCAPED
I would like to share to all your aural pleasure,
The music coming from my mind to your acoustic measure.
While listening to my tracks of heavy beats and light melodies,
Relax and move to the drummin' percussion and mellow keys.
As heart beats bring percussions and fallen melodies bring repercussions,
Of a cradle of lost memories and a musical play of found keys,
Glistening with ripples of melodic reverb and swelling bass,
Setting the auditory stage with resonance filling the place.
As memories play upon our souls like broken drums,
I pulsate the essence of creation from electronic hums.
Certain people like to mute my hums and my drums become humdrums,
Cuz their beats have never breached where I have already reached,
The boundaries of imagination in audio and sound,
The same place where some musicians have not found.
While searching for the unique aural groovin' treat,
They became offbeat heartbeats, slaves to defeat.
And audio hearts get broken and heartbeats stop,
Broken heartbeats become break-beats for rappers to rhyme on top.
But.. I won't rhyme on top of half-fluid tracks,
Like a chain gang used to do way back.
Don't drop the beat until you've listened to Hip-Hop,
Extract the urban elements which hybrids Trip-Hop.
And let your mind open to illustrate the aural imagery,
Of what I speak through my tracks and what you see.
My tracks run through fields of soil and sand,
Like seeds of time producing musical lands.
The frame of mind and the frames of rhyme,
Built these frames which are the structure of my time.
With this musical superstructure like a metronome playing,
Moving never off-beat, steady and swaying.
After hearing my tunes, I hope you find the time,
To stop and listen to every man's rhyme.
As I've noticed after listening and loving Electronic music,
Rock is a bore,
Hip-Hop is a snore,
Country I just ignore,
Rap is like "audio war",
Heavy Metal makes my ears sore,
Disco should have died in '74,
Electronic I love to the core!
People are going to hate me for stating this, so I won't state anymore!
